is a sacred plants incense, inspired by natural smudging plants & herbs.
Each stick is pressed together and hand-rolled with bamboo and contains only natural organic ingredients including copal, herbs, & spices.
Light the incense using a candle or matches then  blow out
the flame so the embers are glowing. With both hands, bring the smoke into your heart, over your head and down the front and back of your body to cleanse yourself. Then
move room to room and, starting with the lowest level of your space, use your hand or a feather to waft the smoke into all four corners, where the ceiling and walls meet.
Then, direct the smoke out through windows
and doorways.
