This long-burning I Am Calm Candle ( previously known us our Anxiety Candle) is carefully crafted with natural soy wax and a proprietary blend of Liquid crystals to enhance emotional balance and calm your mind. Infused with carefully selected crystals, it diffuses calming energy to provide deep relaxation. This candle provides a soothing atmosphere of peace and tranquility.

Our Crystal Candle, is created  by our Liquid Crystal Practitioner Eleni to help centre you back to the present moment, slowing down your thoughts, so that you can bring your focus back to your breath. It calms you down instantly.

WARNING:
Please keep out of reach of young children and pets. Always place candle on a solid, stable surface that is heat resistance. Do not place in a drafty position. Never leave a lit candle unattended.
CAUTION:
Jar can be very hot. Be careful of hot wax after the candle has been extinguished. Store the candle in a cool, dry place. Before every burn, please trim the wick to 5mm and only burn the candle for 2-3 hours max.
