Australia wide shipping cost:

Our Estimated dispatch process is 1-3 business days + transit time.

We use Shopify's recommended and trusted shipping courier Couriers Please.

Yes we ship worldwide

 International shipping cost:

 $45 AUD  Standard

1-3 to dispatch our warehouse then 1-3 weeks in transit depending on where in the world you are situated.

 

Bespoke and Co. Candles are not responsible for any import duties, customs and local taxes charged by your Country. International customers (you)  (outside of AUS) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country. 

Bespoke & Co. Candles offers deliveries to most major areas of Australia.  We use Australia Post. We do not accept liability or delay in the event there is no-one to receive the delivery at the delivery address. Deliveries will be left if no-one is home unless otherwise specifically stated on your order.

You are responsible for making sure goods are signed for on delivery. If goods cannot be left they will be taken back to Australia post and you will be required to collect the goods yourself. If redelivery is attempted you will be charged a second delivery fee. We cannot accept any responsibility for theft or loss once goods are delivered. Please contact us to make alternative delivery arrangements. Due to Australia Post regulations we can not deliver to Post Office boxes however if you live in a small country town and items are usually delivered to the post office or central pick up point please provide the physical address not the PO box.

All items purchased from Bespoke & Co.Candles are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Bespoke & Co.Candles does not accept any responsibility for delivery times, this is totally pursuant to the terms and conditions and times set by Australia Post. We DO NOT refund shipping in the case of late deliveries. If the delivery details given by you are incorrect, and thus affecting delivery we may have to charge an additional delivery charge.
