Prosforo — the holy bread, our small offering to God — illustrated in full on a soft waffle-weave tea towel. The complete recipe is printed in warm, hand-painted detail alongside the sacred seal (the Sfragida), holy icons, and the prayer said as you knead: "Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner."
